Job Description

All Lines Technology is a full-service staffing firm servicing many industries in multiple states. We have an immediate opening for a Staffing Administration Support person to handle the day-to-day tasks needed to keep our staffing team successful! This person will work onsite at our office in Cranberry Township. This is an entry level position. No experience in the staffing industry required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Meet with account managers to determine job duties and understand job descriptions.
• Review and format resumes.
• Schedule and attend career fairs, networking events, professional association meetings to recruit potential candidates.
• Work closely with colleges and technical schools to recruit students for entry level positions. Participate in presentations at specific colleges and universities for events held by All Lines Technology.
• Manage current job openings/closing in our company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage job postings on boards like Paycom, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, PTC, Handshake, College job boards and company’s website.
• Scrub and format jobs to post/ through an internal database, internet job boards, referrals for current technical positions.
• Proofread contracts.
• General Human Resources tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 2 or 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• 1 -2 years’ experience in an office/staffing support role
• 1-2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Teams experience a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills
