The Aladdin Data (AD) team is responsible for the data ecosystem within BlackRock. Our goal is to build and maintain a pioneering Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) that provides highly available, consistent data of the highest quality for all users of the platform, notably investors, operations teams and data scientists. EDP supports four outcomes that, together, enable BlackRock's data strategy: Deliver high quality, reliable data and services to power the core investment processes for Aladdin clients Enable Aladdin clients to reduce operational overhead and improve client service by offering both Aladdin data and BlackRock-generated premium content through a commercial data platform, Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC) Acquire, process, and deliver well-governed data for internal AI agents and the teams building and using AI Provide a general-purpose Data Platform as a Service (DPaaS) to enable teams across BlackRock to focus on extracting value from their data Our team gets to experience working at one of the most recognized financial companies in the world, designing and building of a premier data platform to automate data acquisition, ingestion, transformation, and distribution, and to support enterprise-wide data processing. Our product managers and engineers design and build data systems to solve some of the most complex technical and business data management problems in the industry, and they partner with data and analytics experts to deliver high quality analytical and derived data to our internal and external customers. **About this role** We are looking for an Associate Program manager to support the continued growth and adoption of EDP across BlackRock. In this role, you will work multi-functionally with product, engineering, and operations to ensure the successful development and adoption of EDP. Core Responsibilities + Work closely with technical writers, engineers and product owners to translate complex technical information into roadmaps, demos, and documentation that helps the platform's users understand its capabilities. + Ensure BLK internal clients leverage EDP to its fullest across the entire trade and portfolio lifecycle. + Be the expert on the EDP platform to provide effective demonstrations, explanations, and support for teams looking to adopt the platform, or those going through the adoption process. + Create systematic, scalable approaches to educate BLK internal clients on EDP. + Plan and execute platform onboarding and adoption. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of adoption efforts, using both quantitative (usage data) and qualitative (customer feedback) metrics. + Ensure product feedback is communicated to the EDP Product Managers and is tracked through successful development and deployment. **Required Experience** + Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Economics, Accounting, Finance is preferred + Experience with at least one of the following product areas is strongly preferred: data pipelines, data delivery, data controls, data catalog, data operations, data platform adoption + Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a concise and understandable manner + At least 5 years of experience in product management or product adjacent role, including mastery of Agile methodologies + Experience working in and with globally distributed teams in a scaled Agile environment + Experience with backlog or product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, Productboard, Azure Dev Ops (ADO) + Diligent with excellent organizational and time-management skills + Familiarity with the complexities of financial systems and data is a plus **Our benefits** To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive healthcare, support for working parents and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about. **Our hybrid work model** BlackRock's hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
