Job Description

ExecuSource is working with a homeowners' association accounting and property management software company. The organization develops accounting and management software solutions that support the running of the day to day activities of Homeowners Associations. They are seeking to add a contract to hire full-time Junior Corporate Accountant to their team at the Duluth, GA office.
This role is full-time and hybrid (4 days in office & 1 day remote per week).

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the day to day reconciliation of the following:
-Cash
- HOAst Software (including managing billings /Accounts Receivable)
-Accounts Payable
-Managing the invoicing inbox
-Daily tracking of AR (follow up with banks as necessary)
-Assistance with checking the mail and scanning checks (Customer Payments) / Invoices received
-Review new statements of work (sales) for clarity and ensure these are properly imported into the billing system.
-Perform data entry duties as needed into industry specific software and complete other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned.
-Responsible for the monthly billing of invoices
