Located inside the Anaheim Packing House in Anaheim , we are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and serious Supervisor to help us deliver a top-notch dining experience to our valued customer

Supervisor responsibilities include helping the manager in the well operation of the store. To be successful in this role you should have work experience with various roles in coffee shops or café/bakery. Also, you should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer engagement and turn our cafe into a favorite local spot.

POSITION AVAILABLE NOW- MUST HAVE WEEKDAYS/HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS AVAILABLE

Responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers

- Enhance sales by recommending our delectable French cuisines and sweets offerings

-Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe with a total of 2 to 3 employees per shift and a total of about 10 employees in this location (mix of part time and full time)

- Onboard new team member

- Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment, sandwoches and crepes meny, customer service and sales

- Do the weekly inventory (like packaging, wines, cleaning supplies...)

- Ensure all shop areas are clean and tidy 

- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service

-Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic math
• Work experience as a Cafe/coffee shop supervisor or 2 years as shift lead
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Be reliable, honest and punctual
• Have hospitality or food service experience
• High school diploma
• Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality, Food manager license) is a plus
